Dope Factory is an Italian based website. Any use or access of dope-factory.com means that you agree with the following terms and condition.

The Dope Factory is an authorized retailer and guarantees the authenticity of every product in stock. Items in some cases will also include the designer’s own proof of authenticity.

The availability of any product on the web store is always subject to change and the best way to keep you updated on new arrivals, promotions, and sales is to sign up for our newsletter.

Currency - Prices

Pricing and currency are displayed according to the IP address of your device, on the top of the page you will be able to see the country in which you’re navigating.

If you are not in the correct country-currency, you can manually change it.

Following you can see the available currency on our web store: British Pound Sterling – GBP, Euro – EUR, US Dollar – USD.

The final amount on credit cards may vary based on the fluctuations of currency and of the bank commissions. Dope Factory kindly suggests customers to contact their bank and be advised about the value of the prices’ conversion and about the bank commissions related to the transaction.

Credit cards will be charged in Euro (EUR), and the final price will be calculated and charged by applying the exchange rate specific of the day of the transaction.

Certain items could be subjected to geopricing: this means that the same product has a different price depending on the country from where you purchase it. This is due to the specific pricing of the Brand.

Please mind that in some cases, prices could be already DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This will be displayed next to the item price.

We reserve our right to cancel or adjust any order with price errors. If there is a mistake, you will be notified via email before the product(s) have been dispatched to you.

International duties and taxes / VAT

Please mind that the item price will be already VAT excluded if you are purchasing from a country outside the European Union, VAT included if you are from a country member of the European Union.

Dope Factory ships exclusively from Italy. International duties and taxes are determined by your shipping country.

Dope Factory is not responsible for any fees/duties that may be charged on you from customs. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Dope Factory cannot predict the value of these charges. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local custom office.

Faulty Item

We do our best to control every item before is sent to you, however if you are unhappy with any aspect of it and it seems to be faulty, then you should contact our customer care. Please remember to send us a message including your order reference number and pictures about the flaw of the product.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. If you didn’t get any email from us and you have already checked through your junk emails, please contact us at info@dope-factory.com

Please review the order confirmation and contact us if you see any type of errors.

Multiple Item Order

We reserve our rights to cancel any order that is done in multiple quantities on the same item, especially on releases/limited items and sneakers. You will get an email if your order will be subjected to adjustments.

Order Changes Requests

Every notification about wrong details, wrong product ordered, etc. must be notified at our customer care. Every type of request must include your order reference number in the subject field of the email and the specific request. Dope Factory would not be able to change any aspect of your order if the shipping confirmation email has already been sent to you.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations can be requested by contacting our Customer Service via email at info@dope-factory.com within 2 hours of purchase (excluding Nike orders and limited release products*).
It's important to note that cancellations are not guaranteed and will be subject to our discretion.

*For all limited releases (especially sneakers) we are not able to cancel your order once placed. You must return the product if you have decided to change your mind.

Payment

We currently accept payment by Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Please mind that even if you are able to complete your purchase in your country currency, every payment sent to dope-factory.com will be charged in EURO. Refunds are issued on the same email account used to complete your purchase. 

We would like to inform new customers that Dope Factory reserves the right to request a check on the transaction to the bank. Such check might cause delays in the order processing.

If funds are sufficient and data correctly inserted, the transaction will be automatically authorized. Customer will then receive an email of the order confirmation. If you think that the funds have been taken from your account, but the order has not been successful, please contact us: we will immediately check if the money is temporarily blocked by your card issuer or if there has been a system error.

Products/Accuracy of the content

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication, but it is possible to incur in mistakes. The image is to be considered the valid reference for your purchase.

Obviously if you have any doubt about the product you received, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.

However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Please mind that cosmetics and perfumes are displayed in every country, but Dope Factory will ship them exclusively to EU countries due to customs restrictions.

Products could be tried on in our shops, we do not consider as defect the little scratches under the soles/a little dirt/etc. that could come from this activity.

Information regarding the online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes (ODR platform), which can be viewed under http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

We are not willing to enter into dispute resolution proceedings before the consumer arbitration board.
