Return Policy

If you wish to return your item, you need to issue your request within 14 business days from delivery date.

Please mind that magazines, perfumes, cosmetic products, lingerie and swimwear (unless the hygiene sticker is still intact) could not be returned. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

The products must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. Goods must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by their original tags and with Dope Factory quality control label. Items returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at Dope Factory discretion. In case Dope Factory wanted to keep the damaged product, a 20% of the value of the returned item will be kept from the refund. Please mind that the sneakers box is part of the item and cannot be replaced. If the sneakers box is returned damaged by tape, writing, etc. we are going to charge you a 20% fee applied on the item cost.

In case of defective item, or incorrect item following a mistake attributed to Dope Factory, customer is kindly asked to contact the customer care.

Returns and related costs, duties and customs fees are always the responsibility of the customer; exceptions are made for cases agreed with the customer service department.

Download and complete the return form from here. Please return the completed form as an attachment via email to and also include a copy of it in your return package. You will be required to choose the reason of the return request between the following options: refund or size exchange.

Dope Factory will check if your request could be accepted or not. If the return satisfies our policy condition, you are going to receive a confirmation email.

Dope Factory reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with the return policy of Dope Factory. In these cases, Dope Factory can return the box back to the sender at the original shipping address. In case Dope Factory accepts returns that were not authorized or not in compliance, a 20% of the value of the returned item will be kept from the refund.

Orders coming back with a different packaging from the original one will be charged for the price difference due to the dimension discrepancy.

For items discounted at or above 50%, shipping fees are charged to customer.

Any charges incurred as a result of an exchange or return, including shipping, duties, and taxes, are your responsibility. If these charges are billed to us, they will be deducted from your final refund.

It is strongly recommended to use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system. Dope Factory does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer.

If you come from an EU or Extra EU country, please do not forget to send us the tracking number and courier of your return. We will not accept parcels if the tracking number is not registered on our system, so please be sure that you’ve sent every information required to us, otherwise the item/s will be shipped back to you.

Any return paperwork/shipping document and the outer packaging must be marked as 'RETURNED GOODS'. Please also include information about the type of product, original tracking number and product value to avoid any customs charges. Dope Factory is not responsible for any return custom charges made. 

We send you an e-mail as soon as we have opened your return. If you would like to exchange the returning item(s) we will send it to you freight-free after we got your return.

Please mind that for items discounted at or above 50%, it will be requested to pay a new shipping fee for the size exchange shipment.

If you wish to exchange a product that now has a different price then when you placed the order, we will not refund you the difference. We do not price match and the difference will not be reimbursed if you exchange the size of your product.

If you have decided to return parts of your order or your total order you will be refunded 1-5 weekdays after you receive an email from us. Please mind that at high pressure the process of refunds & exchanges can take up to 14 days. The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the products returned.

Please mind that shipping costs/import-export customs duties won’t be refunded.
