Shipping Cost
Shipping costs depend on the weight of what you order.
You can find out how much the shipping will be simply by checking in the shopping cart and looking at your total.
Delivery Time
Shipments outside of EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the goods. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. We make every effort on our end to make these duties, taxes and fees as low as possible.
Return Policy
The dope factory understands that exchanges may happen. Returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit only. In order to exchange an order you must contact us first.

Exchanged items must be in ORIGINAL condition (with tags/unworn/unwashed).
YOU MUST HAVE AUTHORIZATION FROM the dope factory AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.
Should there be a defect in the product you’ve purchased, contact us immediately by e-mail: dado@dope-factory.com and let us know and we will take care of it.

SHIPPING

If a buyer is a registered PayPal user, the shipment will only be sent to the registered address on PayPal.
The buyer is solely reliable for the accurateness of the data provided to PayPal.
A telephone number must be provided to complete the shipping.

Dope-factory.com will endeavour to process your order within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after the binding contract is formed. You will be notified of the status of your order as soon as the payment has been received and the goods are dispatched.
